Everything discussed within counselling sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Information is only shared with your consent, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others. These limits to confidentiality are explained clearly at your first session.

When you contact us through our website, by phone or WhatsApp, we collect only the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and the nature of your enquiry, so that we can respond and arrange appropriate support.
